★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربتي معهم سيئة جداً 3ايام تركيب والتركيب سيء جداً جداً انصح الجميع بعدم الانخداع من المطابخ الموجودة بالمحل والمعروضة ترا الواقع شي مؤلم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

والله العظيم انصح بعدم التعامل معهم كل شي تشوفه تمام وقت الاتفاق ولكن بعدين يجيك عكس ما كنت تتوقع ،، ناس ما تخاف الله يكذبون ولا يعرفون يشتغلون وتجلس تلاحقهم وما تلاقي احد يرد عليك .. فعلا تجربة سيئة جداً

فصلنا عندهم شغلهم مره حلو وجميل ونظيف وكذلك ما يوجد عندهم اي تاخير في المواعيد مواعيدهم في التفصيل وتركيب المطابخ
ما شاء الله دقيقين في كل شي وكمان نشكرهم على شغلهم الممتاز والرائع و الاصعار. تبعهم كمان كويسه فانصح كل من يريد التفصيل ان يفصل في المحل هذا

١- يصمم لك ااشي اللي انت تبيه و ينصحك جدا و باله طويل على التعديل يعني انا جننتهم الين ضبط التصميم اللي براسي و طلعت راضيه الحمدلله
٢- جوده المطبخ و الدولايب والرخام تبارك الله
٣- تركيب متقن تبارك الله
٤- العاملين محترمين جذا وبروفشنال
٥- السعر لو كان غالي حبتين بس يستاهل
٦- موقعهم حلو و واضح
٧- مضبوطين في المواعيد جدا
٩- خدمات بعد البيع و التركيب حلوه برضو و يرد عليك ومحترم كانك مابعد دفعت ريال مقارنه بغيرهم اللي اذا دفعت وخذا فلوسه قلب عليك ?
١٠- برضو يجون برا الرياض انا اخذت رقمهم من انسبانا ساكنين برا الرياض و مفصلين عندهم
طيب السلبيات واتوقع انها سلبيه بسبطة
انو لازم تذفع المبلغ كامل عشان يبدون في المطبخ ومدري هل هذا عام لكل المطابخ او سياستهم الخاصة
وو بس سلمكم الله

و برضو ملاحظة:
انا اخذت فقط المطبخ من عندهم الدواليب و الرخام و حوض المغسلة فقط
اما الخلاط و الاجهزه انا جبتها و طلبت يراعون المقاسات و الحمدلله طلعت النتيجة مرضية مثل منتم شايفين تبارك الله

ياخذوك بالكلام الحلو وعند ماياخذ منك البلغ على اساس انه مطبخك جاهز والتركيب الاسبوع القادم يبدون في المماطلة والتاخير وفوق هذا مايردون عليك واذا ردو قالو يالله جايينك وبعدها سيفوووون ويجبون مطبخك على دفعات وكل شوي ناقص شي بعد بكرها نجيبها لك ونرجع للتطنيش والتاخير
فعلاً تجربه سيئه معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ توني متعامل معهم وللأسف سيئين. إلى الآن ما ركبوا المطبخ وأطارد وراهم وما يردون على الاتصالات ويقفلون جوالاتهم. متخلفين بالمواعيد وعدم الالتزام، بعد ما أخذوا فلوسهم كامله (لأنه هذي سياسة محلهم) سحبوا علي وما يردون ولي أكثر من أسبوع وانا اطارد وراهم وما يردون ويماطلون.
إن لم يلتزموا بالمواعيد، راح أرفع شكوى لوزارة التجارة.
وهذي طريقتهم مع أغلب العملاء، كنت أفكر فقط تعاملهم كذا معي لكن طلع هذا أسلوبهم السيئ مع الجميع.
لذلك لا أنصح أحد يتعامل معهم. أنا عطيت نصيحتي والباقي عليكم...

They were late in appointments and not committed, after they took their full money (because this is the policy of their shop) they pulled me and they didn't want me for more than a week and I was chasing after them and they didn't reply and delay.
If they do not meet the deadlines, I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.
This is their way of dealing with most clients, I was just thinking that they treat me like this, but this is their bad manner with everyone.
