★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حطيت نجمه بس عشان اعلق قريت تعليقات كثير سيئه ومع ذلك غامرت وسويت مطبخ عندهم مع الاسف رحت المحل عجبني جودة المطابخ الموجوده في المحل ولكن الواقع غير تم تركيب مطبخ صغير جدا وبمبلغ كبير جودة المطبخ سيئه جدا كل يوم اكتشف خراب فيه ،تركيب المطبخ شي نازل وشي طالع مسكات ابواب العياشه مكسره تنظيم ملاعق خربانه وكل ماتكلمهم يقولون لك هو كذا، كل مايشوف احد المطبخ ويعرف المبلغ يضحك ويقول خساره فيه ريال جد حرام يكون عندنا محلات كذا..مشكله كلامهم كله مو مثل الواقع قالو تركيب عندنا فلبيين وفي الاخير مافي ولا فلبين جاء ثاني شي طالبه رخامه قطعه وحده وقالي نسوي لكم قطعه وحده وفي تركيب قالو مايجي رخام قطعه وحده ليه ماقلتو وقت مااتفقنا انا لحد هالوقت مااستخدمت المطبخ الله يستر بعد الاستخدام كم بيقعد عندي عموما حبيت اكتب تجربه لان حرام ناس تدفع مبالغ على مطبخ يفشل جد ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغلهم بصراحة ممتاز ومحترف ولا يعلى عليه ، يعاب عليهم فقط انهم ما يردون عليك الا بالعافيه ولا يتجاوبون مع تساؤلاتك خصوصاً اذا سددت كامل لهم ويتحججون دايم حسب كلام موظفيهم انهم مضغوطين وعليهم طلبات كثير رغم ان هذا مو مشكلتي كعميل مشكلة المحل اللي ياخذ طلبات اكثر من طاقة استيعابه..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خلال تجربتي مع الفرع في صناعية بالرياض كان تعامل الموظفين بشكل عام ممتاز وبشكل خاص الاخ عبدالمحسن المصمم، بالنسبة للتفصيل الحمدالله وفقت فيه معهم. كان فيه طلب اكسسوار معين وتفاجئت بعدم توفيره ولكن بعد التواصل مع المصمم و ابو يوسف اخيرا تم توفيره ولو بعد مده ليست بقصيرة ولكن انتهينا والحمدالله، باختصار وفقنا بشركة ان شاء الله واللي يبي يفصل لو اختار اكسسوار يتاكد بتوفره من عدمه حتى لو كان معروض بنفس الفرع…
