★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite their reputation in hiring good looking people to work at their coffee shops, these are mostly the things that made me feel uncomfortable to visit them from today on:
1- i ordered a BelowStandard Cortado, sadly i received my coffee ExtraHot. I told them to change my coffee to BelowStandard which made me teach the Barista how to make it properly.
2- You feel left out, employees are friendly to those who know them. But if your new they make you feel less important???
3- Very slow service, for them to make a single cup of coffee takes them 8 minutes?
4- my second visit i ordered a cold drink and it wasn’t pleasant to drink. I asked to change it with less sweet drink, they said no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ▪ Drinks: Coffee (Hot & Cold Drinks) Americano is my usual order others go for latte and cappuccino I like the quality of coffee it is really good the smell and taste also the art work they do very good,
▪Meals: I tried the deserts all good taste, smell and presentation,
▪Service: Can I say they always amaze me I never felt like a stranger, they mastered the art of how it is done!
▪Location: Not bad location (For me it is far) good parking space (Simi - limited availability).
▪ Verdicts:still one of my favorite Cafe Shops in Jeddah and go to places! As I said nice atmosphere, right service and really good coffee, I thank them for such effort it shows how much they care also the exterior seating area is pet friendly! (Extra star for that!)

We came for brunch they don’t even have croissants! (The chef stopped cooking for now) what???

Staff are friendly and i loved the interior decoration and wideness of the place .
I came at the morning but took more than 5 minutes to collect my order which considered little bit slow .
The management should take care of it since the place is big and there maybe more than 5 baristas “3 on their phones and 2 behind bar “

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I heard this place is good but we wanted to sit outside as long as the weather is good but the finishing of the furniture is so poor.also the tables out side is not clean maybe this is the world of smokers but what about the non smoker.no cleaner.we order hot chocolate and cold , Carmel pacaito.i like the place to be clean .so I cut the stars to half.the taste of the drinks are fine but they should take care of cleaning.
