★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parkings, sign a contract with any parking lot near of you to offer it to your customer at least, no parkings for the building it must be confirmed that nothing for the coffee, No walking aile in the corner of the building cues used as coffee open area, Basically it's a بوفيه if there is no rental appartment above, and remember customer alwayes right.
