★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch serves less meat on other branches in major cities. Same goes with fries and soda ( i get smaller size than what i asked and paid for ). Also it takes so long to prepare my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered veg sandwich and was given chicken sandwich with double cheese even after informing the bill is wrong. He said sorry and rebilled me and gave me the chicken sandwich without cheese... I a vegetarian so it was really horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon reading all the reviews before eating here, almost of the reviews are from delay delivery of food.
Reasons:
1. If you're doing it on their delivery, and your location is far don't expect that the food is hot like you're a walkin.
2. If you're doing it an app delivery be more specific of your place coz your not the only one in their list. Remember delivery app has a lot of clients.
3. If you're ordering in walkin, dine in or take out ask the cashier how much time it will be needing, alot of fast food are first come first serve. Ask the number, of the ticket before yours. (as per my observation they are calling the ticket number 3x in Arabic and English, if you haven't heard it well you have a hearing problem).
( I eat here, like trice this month and i find it good. Quality Service and Cleanliness ii great i will rate it a 9.5.)
