★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جداً الصراحه النظافه متدنيه لايوجد فرن نظافه الحمام والارضيه سيئه والسعر مُبالغ على نظافه متدنيه الشقه كئيبه جميع اللمبات صفر لاتوجد للمبه بيضاء الرجاء الاهتمام بنظافه الشقق ووضع لمبات بيضاء وخفض السعر ووضع بعض الزوالي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع كامل احترامي لصاحب الشقق هذه خدمات سيئة يكذبون يقول فيه نت والنت موجود بس مو شغال شكله مو مسدد واذا طلبته يخفظ من سعر الايجار يقول الموظف والله مقدر صاحب الشقق محدد الاسعار وحتى جرس الشقة خربات والتليفون مرمي في الدولاب عن نفسي لن استاجر هنا مرة اخرى

المشكله الوحيدة مافيه تكييف في الصالة
التعامل جيد وسريع
موظف الاستقبال بشوش الابتسامة
والعامل خدووم
لايوجد خدمة غسيل الملابس لكن لو تطلب يرسلون ملابسك للغسيل بالخارج ...
يوفر لك اكثر من ١٠ مطاعم توصيل الطلبات

The only problem is mafia conditioning in the lounge
Good and fast handling
The receptionist is smiling
And working servants
There is no laundry service but if you ask they send your clothes for laundry outside ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافه تكاد تنعدم .. الاثاث بالي .. دورة المياه لايوجد بها شفاط فقط فتحه مطلة على منور للتهوية تدخل منه رائحة الدخان داخل الشقه .. لم استطع البقاء لاكثر من ٨ ساعات وخرجت...
