قريب من المول و هناك ممشى في مقدمت الفندق لمحبى المشى و يوجد مواقف تحت الفندق بس محدوده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع في شارع الخمسين قريب من مجمع تيرا مول وجوري مول مناسب لعشاق الاسواق والسهر، موقع الشقق أمام الممشى وبالقرب من تجمعات الشباب والمطاعم فيسمع الازعاج وخصوصا في الليل، مستوى الشقق متوسط وتجاوبهم في الاستقبال جيد والاسعار مناسبة وكذلك حجم الشقق الا ان الاثاث قد يحتاج لتجديد والمطبخ صغير.
من ابرز عيوبها قلة المواقف في الليل وذلك بسبب الازدحام الناتج عن التجمعات في الشارع.
مع جزيل الشكر لتعاونهم وتعاملهم اللطيف وخصوصا السوداني الموجود في الاستقبال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا تجعلها اول خياراتك ، هناك ماهو. افضل منها ونفس السعر ، النظافة ليس جيده الا رضيات مليئة بالأتربة ، وكذلك اللحافات والأغطية والمخدات رائحتها غير جيدة وتبدوا قديمة ومتهالكة ، نصيحه قبل تستأجر ابحث ولا تعتمد على الصور.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنا فيه من قبل ثلاث سنوات كان افضل اما الان لابأس فيه السعر جيد مكانه اصبح مزدحم حاليا موجود ممشى امام الفندق وايضا مول جوري وخدمات قريبه منه ??
