★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المالك شخصيه طيبه ومنذ سنوات ونحن متعاملين معه نرى انه يحاول التجديد لكن نفس المبنى قديم تقييمه جيد جدا
فيه صيانه ولكن(تصبيره) يعيبها عدم وجود مواقف سيارات كافيه وعدم وجود مدخل خاص للكراسي المتحركه
The owner is a good person and for years we have been dealing with him, we see that he is trying to renovate, but the same building is old, its evaluation is very good
It has maintenance, but its (patience) is flawed by the lack of sufficient car parking and the lack of a special entrance for wheelchairs

الديكور لك عليه
كـ راحه مناسب جدًا ولارح تعاني معه
والشقق الي اشوفها فخمه الي يبدا ايجارها من ٣٥٠ الى ٤٠٠ ريال
فئة (ثلاث غرف ومجلس) تحس انه فندق مب شقق مفروشه ماشاءلله
أشكر سعادة المالك ظهران محمد الغامدي على الشقق المريحه والي فكت أزمة صراحه.
