★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached the hotel at 5 pm and the guy at reception had sold the room at higher price to another guest at 4pm — i tried contacting booking.com from where i did booking and it said check in between 4 30 pm and 7pm , but no reply — in demand season trying to distress family who have travelled for long with small kids for extra bucks is sinful
