★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشاليهات جداً فخمه ونظيفه …لكن تم تسليم الشاليه الساعه٥ واتفاقنا الساعه٤ انتظرنا ساعه كامله عند باب الشاليه لان العمال باقي ينظفون
وتم التواصل مع صاحب الاستراحه وقال الاستراحه غير محجوزه واحنا معربنين من اسبوعين
ولما دخلنا الاستراحه نبغى نشغل السماعات والتدفئه مغلقه تم التواصل مع صاحبة الشاليه ماترد علينا وتم الاتصال بالعمال لم يتم التجاوب الا الساعه ١١ الليل
جداً تعامل العمال وصاحب الشاليه جداً سيئه????
The chalets are very luxurious and clean...but the chalet was delivered at 5 and we agreed at 4 we waited for an hour at the chalet door because the rest of the workers are cleaning
The owner of the break was contacted and he said the break is not booked and we have been Arabs for two weeks
And when we entered the restroom, we had to turn on the headphones and the heating was turned off. The owner of the chalet was contacted, she did not respond to us, and the workers were contacted, but the response was not received until 11 pm
The treatment of the workers and the owner of the chalet is very bad ????
