Playground, football and tennis court, minimarket, gyms and many swimming pools..
Quite environment with high security level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 12 years living in this compound, it is heart breaking to realize may be it is time to move on. I love the community having kids playing football on the field, in the gym or on their bikes.
I enjoyed the countless number of rounds walking around the compound breaking some muscles with my runs or pushing hard on the pedals.
My wife and I got two of kids while here. We will always remember the sweet lovely memories of all the events and moments we had with friends, family and neighbors.
God bless Jeddah, God bless Saudi Arabia, God bless us all.
Thank you Saudi Arabia for everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compound is ok but nightmare for visitors because of paranoid security process to verify and confirm the visitors before letting them in. Understand the safety and security concerns here however the process need to be efficient and less hassle free because in almost all cases visitors are guests of the residents and it's not a very nice experience to make your guests undergo such unfriendly experience to meet host. I believe the responsibility doesn't lie only at the security desks. The residents also need to be part of this and should play active role by informing the gate security about the guests they are expecting so that it can planned well to ensure hassle-free entry to compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place to live. This place is reserved for the Doctors and staff of King Faisal Specialist Hospital. Although place well.maintained and clean but the approach to the entrance in very bad, bumpy and damaged road. Because of these damages too much dirt around area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing housing colony of King Faisal Hospital in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The housing colony has military level security at the entrance which is impossible to permeate without proper authentication.
The housing colony in itself is a complete place along with Masjid inside the compound, swimming pool, football ground, race course, cycling area, public transport busses, etc.
