★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاسعار معقوله والبضاعه تنوعها محدود ..لكن العيوب عدم وجود التأمين والعروض يا غامضه او وهميه...اشتريت فريم وكان العرض اشتري نظاره والأخرى مجانا...ولم اخذ اي شي مجاني وبالعكس يرتفع سعر النظاره اذا كنت بتاخذها بالعرض عن سعرها لمن تاخذها لوحدها...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف أسعارهم غالية شوي ، أيضاً جبت لهم نظارة عشان تغيير عدسات فقط ما استلمتها الا بعد ٣ أيام ، اللي يشفع لهم الموظف السعودي جداً محترم وخلوق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل متغير وصار أسمه بركتي للنظارات أو شي زي كذا.
نظارتي مليانة خدوش وحالتها سيئة لذلك سويت عنده نظارة بزجاج ياباني (مقاوم للخدش، ضد البصمات، 9 طبقات حماية) بسعر 300.
بعدها بيومين تفاجئت أن النظارة صارت مليانة خدوش، لما رحت له قال لي المصري مقاومة للخدش مو ضد الخدش،، على أساس في فرق بين مقاوم وضد.
الحين صارت البصمات تصير عليها.
الواضح أن العامل ما غير الزجاج من الأساس، حط عليها شي يخليها ما تطلع البصمات ولا مستحيل تطلع ذي العيوب بيوم وليلة.
أسأل الله ياخذ حقي منهم يوم الحساب.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد فيه تنوع ف النظارات. لكن نقصت نجمه بسبب الموظف المصري. كان اتفاقي ع سعر العدسات مع السوداني ع أغلى سعر عدسه عندهم ب ٣٥٠ وبعد الكشف غير المصري السعر ل ٥٠٠
دفعني قيمة الكشف. م حبيت ان مافيه وضوح ف تحديد السعر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم شراء نظارة من عندهم بدبل سعرها في الخارج والمفروض يأمن قطع غيار للنظارة لكن مع الأسف ماعندهم قطع غيار
بخصوص الرد على ممثل المحل
تم شراء النظارة قبل شهرين أو ثلاثة أشهر بالكثير وعندكم نفس الموديل والنوع فلا نلعب على الزبائن والمفروض تأمن قطع غيار لبضاعتك
وأنبه كل من يتعامل مع هذا المحل باشتراطه على تأمين قطع غيار لاسمح الله تعرضت النظارة للتلف
وبخصوص الفاتورة فهل يعقل أحتفظ بها بعد الشراء؟!
ويشهد الله بأني صادق في كل ملاحظة على هذا المحل واسأل العامل اللي عندك
