we have to wait 2 hours to call our numbers because there is only 1 Operator in that branch and ai takes 1 hours before the another operator come but when he come he set up his computer for almost 20mins. because call another number..
and they don't know how to speak English.
it' is poor performance than other branch

I’ve been there at 10:20 in the evening in the store just to pay my bills unfortunately the staff told me that the shop has already closed I thought was till 11pm.... there are times that instead of entertaining the customers who have number slip and waiting for them call they entertain the other people who don’t have a number slip... staff should be trained well on how to be rapport to their customers....looking forward
