★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تأسست عام ١٣٩٤، على يد الشيخين عبد العزيز بن باز وعبد المحسن العباد، وهي أفضل كليات الجامعة الإسلامية نظاما ونشاطا، حصلت على جائزة دولة الكويت لأفضل مؤسسة قرآنية، في دورتها الأولى، عام ١٤٣٨/ ٢٠١٧، تستحقها بجدارة، وفق الله القائمين عليها، ونفع بجهودهم الإسلام والمسلمين.
 Founded in 1394 by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz and Abdul Mohsen Al-Abbad, which are the best colleges of the Islamic University in terms of system and activity, won the State of Kuwait Award for the best Quranic Institution, in its first session, in 1438/2017, deservingly deservedly, according to God who is responsible for it, and benefit With their efforts Islam and Muslims.

أنشئت كلية القرآن الكريم والدراسات الإسلامية بموجب الأمر السامي رقم (26511)، بتاريخ 6 / 9 / 1394 هـ، في شهر رمضان المبارك بناء على توصية المجلس الاستشاري الأعلى للجامعة الإسلامية المنعقد من تاريخ 12 /4 / 1394 هـ، إلى تاريخ 20 / 4 / 1394 هـ.
وتعد أول كلية من نوعها في العالم الإسلامي، فلم يسبق المملكة العربية السعودية إلى إنشاء مثل هذه الكلية أحد، وتتميز هذه الكلية بشرط حفظ القرآن الكريم كاملًا لمن أراد الالتحاق بها.
وقد بدأت الدراسة بها في يوم الاثنين الموافق 6 / 10 / 1394هـ ، وبلغ عدد طلابها عام افتتاحها (21) طالبًا ، ثم زاد عدد الملتحقين بها، وبلغ إجمالي المتخرجين فيها منذ تخرج الدفعة الأولى حتى عام 1435هــ / 1436هـ (1524) ، وينتمون إلى (75) قطرًا .
الرؤية :
أن تكون منارة معرفية إسلامية عالمية رائدة متميزة في تعليم القرآن الكريم وعلومه والدراسات الإسلامية.
الرسالة :
تأهيل مختصين في القرآن الكريم وعلومه والدراسات الإسلامية، وإثراء البحث العلمي المتخصص، وخدمة للمجتمع المحلي والعالمي.
الأهداف العامة:
1- العناية بكتاب الله عز وجل حفظا وتفسيرا.
2- إعداد العلماء المتمكنين في علوم القرآن الكريم، وتأهيل القراء لاستيعاب القراءات المتواترة عرضا وتوجيها.
3- المعرفة التامة برسم المصاحف، وضبطه، وعده، والإلمام بالعلوم التي تساعدك على ذلك.

Foundation :
The College of the Holy Qur’an and Islamic Studies was established pursuant to Royal Decree No. (26511), dated 6/9/1394 AH, in the blessed month of Ramadan based on the recommendation of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Islamic University, which was held from 4/12/1394 AH to 4/20/ 1394 H.
It is the first college of its kind in the Islamic world. No one has ever established the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before, and this college is distinguished by the condition that the Holy Qur’an be memorized completely for those who want to join it.
The study began on Monday, 10/6/1394 AH, and the number of its students in the year of its opening reached (21), then the number of enrollment increased, and the total number of graduates in it since the graduation of the first batch until the year 1435 AH / 1436 AH (1524), and belong to 75) diameter.
Vision :
To be a leading global Islamic beacon of knowledge in the teaching of the Noble Qur’an, its sciences and Islamic studies.

Qualifying specialists in the Noble Qur’an and its sciences and Islamic studies, enriching specialized scientific research, and serving the local and global community.
General goals:
1- Taking care of the Book of God Almighty for memorization and interpretation.
2- Preparing the able-bodied scholars in the sciences of the Noble Qur’an, and preparing the readers to comprehend the frequent readings, both casually and in direction.
3- Full knowledge of drawing Qur’ans, tuning them, counting them, and familiarity with the sciences that help you to do so.
