أنشئت العمادة بالقرار الوزاري رقم 8/2 في 11/6/1426هـ المتوج بالموافقة السامية الكريمة بالتوجيه البرقي رقم 7/ب/9045 وتاريخ 27/6/1416هـ وتهدف العمادة إلى تقديم خدماتها الممكنة إلى جميع فئات المجتمع الداخلي والخارجي ، وذلك بما يعود على المجتمع بالنفع والفائدة الدينية والدنيوية .
أهداف عمادة خدمة المجتمع :
تسعى العمادة إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف يمكن إيجازها فيما يأتي :
أولاً: الإسهام في توثيق الروابط بين الجامعة والمجتمع .
ثانياً: توسيع دائرة الاستفادة من الجامعة من خلال الإسهام في تأهيل الأفراد علمياً ومهنياً بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة .
ثالثاً: دعم برامج الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل ، ونشر العلم الشرعي الصحيح الذي يحقق الأمن الفكري والاجتماعي .
رابعاً: المشاركة في توجيه الشباب ، وحل مشكلاتهم من خلال الأنشطة العلمية، والبرامج الدعوية التي تقيمها العمادة ليكونوا عناصر إيجابية فاعلة في المجتمع .
خامساً: تقديم البرامج العلمية التي يحتاج إليها منسوبوا الجامعة وغيرهم .
الرؤية :
الريادة والتميز في تقديم الخدمات التدريبية و التعليمية لكافة أفراد و مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي و العالمي.
الرسالة :
تقديم برامج تعليميــــة و تدريبية متميزة و عقد شراكات بين الجــــــامعة و مؤسســـــــات المجتمع المختلفة خدمة للمجتمع المحلي و العالمي.
Foundation :
The Deanship was established by Ministerial Resolution No. 8/2 of 11/6/1426 AH crowned with the gracious approval of the High Commissioner by Telegraphic Directive No. 7 / B / 9045 dated 06/27/1416 AH. Benefit and religious and worldly interest.
Objectives of the Deanship of Community Service:
The Deanship seeks to achieve a set of goals that can be summarized as follows:
First: Contributing to strengthening ties between the university and society.
Second: Expanding the circle of benefiting from the university by contributing to the scientific and professional qualification of individuals in coordination with the relevant authorities.
Third: Supporting programs for calling to God Almighty and spreading the correct legal science that achieves intellectual and social security.
Fourth: Participation in guiding young people and solving their problems through scientific activities and advocacy programs that the Deanship establishes so that they become active, positive elements in society.
Fifthly: Providing the scientific programs needed by the university's employees and others.
Vision :
Leadership and excellence in providing training and educational services to all individuals and institutions of the local and global community.

Providing distinguished educational and training programs and establishing partnerships between the university and various community institutions to serve the local and global community.
