★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father passed away in this hospital due to negligence and lack of empathy. After putting him in a bed for 10 days for “testing”. They find out he has chronic renal failure in addition to the many things he already had and was suffering from, after finding that out what do they do? Send him home and give him an appointment after TWO WEEKS. He couldn’t urine or eat a single thing (due to having cirrhosis as well) all this time and even before it.. they didn’t do anything about that, he lost all weight from not eating and looked like a corpse, he couldn’t move or even get up from a chair without assistance. He spent his last days laying in his house in his bed severely depressed, not wanting anyone to see him or visit him because of how weak he was, not wanting to go back to the hospital because of the many hours and hours he spends waiting in the emergency for someone to look at him, or because no one there bother even adjusting the bed for him, the doctors would just walk by and when I ask them to do something they just ignore me and walk away, makes you think they’re only doctors for the status and money… He was dead before his heart stopped and it was all because of this hospital. In his last day, he was vomiting blood and still didn’t wanna go to the hospital… that’s how much he hated it. I pray to god this hospital gets investigated and the staff gets replaced or you get more staff. I didn’t give it a 1 star because of the amazingly caring nurses and some security staff that were very compassionate and caring, god bless them and god bless every patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my father is in icu due to personal reason. we went to the hospital but there not letting us in, we have tawakalna and vaccine card, we literally went during visiting hours but they're not allowing us to go inside. we keep saying that we are just dropping by to give his clothes then the security guard keep saying mamnu(not allowed) then we kept talking and then a women talk to us said we can go and we were in the waiting area they said that we cannot go to icu(?) how are we supposed to give his clothes??? we went home after cause theres no point in waiting if they're not allowing us to see him. this is the worse hospital i've ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are giving covid-19 vaccine . Some time they allowed without appointment also. Their management is soo friendly and helpful. I went with my family without appointment once i request them they accept my family and they was soo kind and very friendly. Thanks to all of the team members of king fahad hospital for their wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID 19 Vaccination (astrazenecaOxford) is available by the hospital. Simple steps to go. Register through Sehaty, schedule an appointment, try to be there some minutes earlier to know where to go, it's better to have someone driving you there in case if any side effects (rarely happens). The whole process takes 15 min counting from first minute you step into the hospital. Staff are exceptionally organized when it comes to the procedure following clear lines and steps (verifying your appointment and ID, registration, then line for vaccination).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the hospital today to do check up for my back pain as it is extremely in pain , then the lady reception told me to go to the healthcare center in my neighborhood first , early morning ? ? ?
When you are already in the hospital then asking you to do check up first somewhere else next day ?????
When people get their salary because they work in the government , , they don't care if people are really in need or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are unable to check our colleague due to ff. reason; my friend got an trauma accident(a panel steel hit on his head) as the new policy if you get an accident inside your work you have to call GOSI an request for injury letter. There is nothing to do with your private insurance. We are not able to get inside the emergency as 1 patient policy only, so my colleague alone get inside the emergency section and thanks to the registration office for facilitating him well and assessing him on step by step process, less than 5 minutes he went out a told us that we have to go for insurance approval on the said building, but unfortunately the guy posting there is unhelpful, after checking our patient record he told us to log in in GOSI as we by self to update. We try to contact our HR but hr cannot update due to offline reason on GOSI website, our insurance team called us to go to the registrar to send an email from hospital to gosi dept. But nothing to do, so our hr team called us to transfer to the other hospital in erfan.
Our question is, how about the patient during midnight time? There is no office who can process the gosi if that was the right procedure in accepting the emergency patient? We are lucky because our colleague is under mild situation. How about the 50/50 patient? I hope there clear priority for emergency purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there August 12, 2021 for the second dose of COID-19 vaccine, while the guard checks our appointment, he didn't allow screenshot of it though Sehhaty advised to take a screenshot of the details. Luckily I got a mobile data at that time to secure the appointment through the app. But if not you will be stacked outside.
The process is conveniently fast, taking the jab and the registration at the same time. It's quite a huge hospital, we took the exit mapping around the building and we're lost when we got out of the maze. We're seemed to be in another dimension of the facility, it's our first time to visit the place though.
