★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my malaysian process and the labs were pretty clean. All the staff was helpful especially the incharge Dr. Adel Al-Serhy. He will guide you through the whole process very well. Amazing person. However, the receptionist on the second floor was extremely rude and no one picks the phone no matter how many times you call, so unfortunately i had to make two to three useless trips because the doctor was not seated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices of medical exams is not so cheap. Entrance office employees are not so welcoming. Medical service and team are good . Also the wait for insurance approval takes more than 1 hour in peak time . There is no real order and system and not enough waiting seats . Also the wait for doctor appointment in some sections can take up to 2 hours .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best Hospital in Jeddah city. You can come for your all diagnosis consultations. It's also good for your child. They receive Your Incurrence Card. The Doctors,Nursers and All the staff is very carrying and friendly. Although The clinic open only ( 09-1300, and 1700-2100) but emergency Department open 24 Hours. They careful your safety and Infections. Day by day they improve their service. Wish you a healthy life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars only, why? Because of how rude the staff is, Saudis and foreigners compined. I was there for two days in a private room 218 on the second floor. The room is not well lit I don't know why, cleaning appears to take a fee, otherwise they won't clean the room properly. Don't expect to even have the right to ask for an extra pillow, but if you pay the cleaning woman she will give it to you. the bathroom is the worst, it's empty, I expected there will be soup, shampoo, or even a towel, but it was only after I payed the cleaning woman she brought me everything I needed, the nurse at the nurse station is probably playing PUBG on her phone for some reason, the other nurses respond after you die waiting for them. Some nurses even don't answer your questions. And don't even get me started on the security guards down at the main entrance, they are rude AF. Smoking infront of the main entrance, speaking loud, telling you to stop for no reason. I still remember that one security guard, fat tall black guy thinks he rules the world. I could go on and on about how bad was my experience at HBLH. At any rate, try to not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service has ever seen before in my entire life, bad experience in this hospital staff and receptionist, one of my friend leg broken and suffering leg pain, waiting from 17 hours in this time everything is cleared still waiting for a bed for the patient, after 6 hours patient surgery ❗
