★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه مافيه تعاون مررره عندي خزان وكلمني ع الصيانه تجي ولا شفت احد بس خلوني أفرغ الخزان من الماء وجلست بدون ع حساب انهم يجون ولا شفت احد اتصلت أكثر من مره ولافيه فائده

جربت مضخة سكالا2 اقل من سنه تعطلت رجعتها للمحل قال يمكن من الخزان او صفاية الخزان او... او... بعد الكلام و المراسلات بين المحل و المركز الرئيسي في جده قال نعطيك مجدده انا رفضت لأنها اقل من سنه بالنهايه اعطوني جديده بشرط أوقع على ورقة إخلاء مسؤولية المحل عن المضخه الجديده ??
وقعت واستلمت الجديده
التركيب على المشتري ولا يوجد صيانه بالمحل
هاتف المركز الرئيسي يرفع الطلب بعدين يجمدك
المضخه كفكره حلوه لكن عليها عيوب
تعامل موظف المحل ممتاز
اتمنى ان ترتقي المؤسسه في التعامل والابتعاد عن اسلوب لي الذراع
كتجربه اتوقع الاخيره بالنسبة للمضخه
المعذره على الإطالة لكن للفائده
