★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مافيه مصداقية بالمواعيد. طلبت توصيل الحديد يوم الثلاثاء وتفاجأت بالعامل اليمني المسؤل في المحل يتصل علي صباح الاثنين يقول الحديد في الطريق للموقع. وذهبت للموقع ومالقيت احد. اتصلت على السائق وقال انه الى الان لم يتم تحميل الحديد وبعد ساعه بيكون في الموقع. واسلوب الرد على اتصالي من قبل العامل اليمني كان سيء جداً. لن اتعامل معهم مرة اخرى.
There is no credibility with the deadlines. I asked for the iron to be delivered on Tuesday and was surprised by the Yemeni worker in charge of the store calling Ali Monday morning saying the iron was on the way to the site. And I went to the site and found no one. I called the driver and said that until now the iron had not been loaded and after an hour he would be on site. The method of responding to my call by the Yemeni worker was very poor. I will not deal with them again.
