★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل سيء جداً عند تسليم السيارة مع الموظف (العريض ) تعامل سيء جداً حيث نحن قادمين للسياحة من الشرقية والرياض ويتم التعامل مع السائحين المحليين بهذه الطريقة غير مهني ابداً وخاصة في ظروف تفعيل السياحة في ابها وعسير والرغبة في مواكبة رؤية ٢٠٣٠
١- عدم لبس الكمام
٢- عدم البشاشة في وجه العميل
٣-عدم ابلاغ العميل بضرورة ملأ السيارة بنزين او دفع غرامة مقدارها ١٨٢ والبنزين فل لسيارة سبارك لا يتجاوز ٦٠ ريال
٤- قمنا بالاشارة الى انه لم يتم ابلاغنا بذلك واخذنا السيارة مرة اخرى وملئناها فل ومع ذلك اخبرنا بأننا لابد ندفع لليوم السادس والعقد مدفوع لكل الايام
الاسلوب غير مرن ولا يناسب خدمة عملاء بقوله انتم تشخصنون الموضوع وهذا انعكاس لما بداخله وغيره وعندما اصر على اننا ندفع لليوم السادس قال نعم نعم انا ادور غلط جديد عليكم ؟؟؟ لا يعقل

ولا هو لابس كمام ومتبع الاجراءات الاحترازية
مع اني دافعه كامل الايام اللي استاجرتها ومع ذلك حوم كبدي يبيني ادفع زياده يوم على كيفه!!
ويوم جادلته سكت وقالي بينك وبين الموظف اللي اجرلك
كان متوقع اني بدفعها وامشي يعني!!؟
اعطو موظفينكم دورات ، يحتاجونها حقيقي

ملاحظة الموظف الوقح عريض وقصير. عند كاونتر استلام السيارات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء واستغلال تخيلوا البنزين رجعته فل والموظف يقول كامل للعامل ويقوله فل ويرجع يقول ١٤ ريال رسوم بنزين ولا السياره حك بسيط غرموني ٣٤٥ ريال جعلها ماتتوفق هالشركه نصاب ولا يبيون ياخذون حق ٦ دقاييق يقول تاخير وانا تناقشت معاه موظف سعودي سيء ..اخر مره راح اجرب سيارات

Service is rude.
They don't check the cars.
I got the check lamb and the employee smiled it's ok sir God protects you.
The smell is very irritating.
Beside all of this it's very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Rent a car, first they promised me the car i rented 10 days in advance then they gave me a car which was nothing...i returned the car and i changed the car to another car with same rate in same day.. they over charged me 188 riyals for additional hour...and threatned me to block my ID if i didn't pay...dont take cars from them Not recommended.
