وش الوضع يا الو ذياب. مع انه كل. اوراقي سليمه والمكاتب الثانيه كلها تائجر عادي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمتهم سيئه جداً لانصح بالتعامل معهم وعلى رأسهم المشرف مصطفى فارس، ويجب التاكد وتصوير السياره كاملاً بالجوال قبل استلامها لكي لا يغرمونك بحكه قديمه لسياره كما حصل معي.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه تعبانه صراحه والموظف اللي فالمكتب الداخلي للايجار يتكلم وكاني ماخذ حلال ابوه واشترط علي تامين ب ٥٠٠ او روح شركه ثانيه بهذا الاسلوب واقسم بالله لو ماني صايم كان دعست على وجهه

ميزه وحده عندهم سعره تمام
العيوب
استلمت سياره وتم تفويض السياره بسمي ولما جيت اسلمها وتطلع ولا سياره بسمي من عندهم
وخذيت 20 دقيقه لين كلم المشرف ومكتب ثاني لين خلصني وخذا كاش يقول قفلت السستم مدري وش ذا السستم الي يقفل وهم 24 ساعه فاتحين
والموظف يسال يقول تامين شامل او لا بعد التسليم !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ على الرغم من كثرة الشكاوى على موظفينكم واسلوبهم المستفز الا أنه لا يوجد أي ردة فعل من قبل الإدارة الخاصه بالفرع وهذا الشيء يعيق رؤيتنا ك بلد يستقبل السياح ويعيق الرؤيه 2030 ومن المفترض ان تأخذون هذه الأمور بعين الاعتبار بما أن فرعكم هذا متواجد فالمطار ولم أتوقع ان أرى هذه التعليقات السلبيه ولكن حسب ما ظهر لي أن الجميع يعاني من موظفينكم وأسلوبهم المستفز.
