★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright sandwich but 53 riyals? Come on. It’s an “On the go food” and It’s between 5$-10$ in Japan for double the portion. Even though beef there is way more expensive than here.

But the food was just... fine, I got the wagyu sando and it really was nothing special to write about, I’m not exactly the biggest "meat" person and I understand that the fat on here is supposed to be the part that you like on Wagyu but genuinely it didn’t taste that amazing, the sauce was quite strong and even the bread had more flavor. On top of that I found a hair on the meat below the layer which is fried which was pretty disappointing considering how much you’re paying for this. Honestly it was just "all right", it looks good in photos but just really underwhelming, I’m definitely not going to be buying it again??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katsu Sando is one of my favorite meals to eat and i can finally get it here in Riyadh ..
The food was spot on and very Delicious.
The prices are not to my liking when it comes to Katsu Sando but it kinda understandable with the Wagyu quality they provide.
I loved the idea of the "GRAB 'N GO" and hope to see a wider selection of sandwhiches and Juices as well as iced coffee since it's very convenient as a breakfast item.
The staff was very friendly especially The younger Saudi guy he was very tending to the customers.
I'll be sure to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The eating experience was not good, it was hard to cut the meat, I think that they need to cook it in a different way to meet the local taste preferences.
I would give 3/5 but I add one more star appreciating the store manager or owner kindness in listening to our feedback and giving us a free meal on the house to taste it ... And he again listened to our feedback.
