โ โ โ โ โ Modern style Mall, considered the biggest mall in the region..... has Cinemas & playground for kids & teenagers, Extra and Hyper market (Al tamimi, Starbucks inside it), huge car parking area.
Needs to operate the all stores to be real shopping destination.

Famous brands inside like Extra,Tamimi,Adidas,Dirah etc.
AMC cinema is also operational.
