★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good that there's Extra store in Majmaah but it's too small with very limited stock. The staff is inexperienced. They don't deal the customers professionally which will improve with time. Most of the products are out of stock. Many price tags were missing from the display so you have to ask about the price most of the time which is time consuming and annoying . I hope they will improve the service and range of availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Karam Mall Branch is a compact branch. Small and don't rely on the answer of their staff "NO STOCKS AVAILABLE"... walk a little to the area of what you want to buy... IT'S THERE!!!???
I only wish they could lower their pricey guarantee/replacement plan OR incorporate the guarantee in the price of the items.
