M	M Rajput on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cleaning before five days. Customer cried a lot for bedding sheet but doesn't matter. It won't happen. Cleaning is the main issue and staff never bothers as they don't understand Urdu mostly. LOVESH
R	Raheel Naseer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average services with congested atmosphere and less space available in rooms making this hotel horrific place to live. It's really far from Haram due bridge. However its blessing in disguise that it allows and forces pilgrims to spend more time in haram as they don't get relief in hotel.Air conditioning is below standard and one cannot set any cooling setting as AC buttons are permanently set. They accommodate too many people in one room which is against the norms and completely unfair with pilgrims. Bathrooms are ancient they need to be replaced. I cant believe that Pakistani govt. Rent out this place for pilgrims. It must be investigated what happend behind this deal. It seems like people got commission or commit a sort of corruption. I really enjoyed and felt madina munawara but this building is completely ruining standard of madina..It should be banned or reconstructed according to some standard.

You will never find anyone on reception for complaints. Workers are such irresponsible and their unethical behavior will make you frustrated. Also there is no wifi facility. Infact you wont find any other facilities as well. So kindly never opt this hotel. Always inform your travel agent to change such pathetic hotels immediately. "Al-mohemein group and Al-barkat are those traveling agencies which are making fool to all the innocent umrah and haj people." Kindly report these agencies everywhere so they should be banned forever! Thanks

My daughter refused to enter into it when we get down from taxi by saying that is it a hotel. We had to take another hotel during our stay in Madinah, So faar from Haram... it has more than 8 floors and lift doesn't work! So much dirty and pathetic condition of lift and rooms! You will never find anyone on reception for complaints and fortunately if found they will only be misbehaving all the time. Workers are such irresponsible and their unethical behavior will make you frustrated and annoyed, none of your request will be listened by anyone. Also there is no wifi facility. Infact you wont find any other facilities as well. You will never get a room service, and cockroaches kept playing in washrooms+ room+ fridge+ cupboard. So kindly never opt this hotel. Always inform your travel agent to change such pathetic hotels immediately.
