★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أشكر العاملين وأخص الأخ السوداني غزالي ماشاء الله أخلاق طيبه وابتسامة مشرقه .. و الحضور في نفس الموعد وأخلاق راقيه جدا لكافة العاملين... لكن نوعية الكاميرات (الكاميرا 5 بكسل) سيئه غير موضحة ابدا لأرقام لوحات السيارات والتصوير أبيض وأسود بالليل علما انه يوجد اضاءه قويه عند الأبواب حيث لاتتبين من خلاله ملامح الشخص ابدا .. سيئه بمعنى الكلمة ..لذا لا أنصح بتركيبها ابدا ..
I thank the workers, especially the Sudanese brother Ghazali, God willing, good manners and a bright smile.. Attending on time and very high morals for all workers... But the quality of the cameras (the camera is 5 pixels) is bad and is not shown at all for the license plate numbers, and the photography is black and white at night, knowing that there is lighting It is strong at the doors where the features of a person are never visible..bad in the true sense of the word..so I do not recommend installing it at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ركبت عندهم اربع كميرات مراقبة لمنزلي وبعد فترة تعطلت واحدة واتصلت بهم وطلبت حضورهم ولم يحضرون وذهبت لهم في موقعهم بعد مخرج ٢٨ في الرياض وقابلت موظف سوداني سألني هل لا زالت في الضمان قلت نعم تلكأ وقال الفني في المنطقة الشرقية !!!! الحقيقة انا اخطأت والا المفروض شكوى على وزارة التجارة .. بالامس اتصلت عليهم ورد علي موظف اتوقع انه سوداني من لهجته واضح وقلت له عندي كميراء معطلة والجوال لم يعد يظهر الصور ولا الفديو رد وقال يطلع الفني ب ٢٠٠ ريال !!! طبعا بعد ان علم ان الضمان انتهى !!!
تعاملهم سي بعد التركيب ولا يستجيبون بعد نهاية الضمان يطلب ٢٠٠ ريال وممكن اكثر اذا جاء عندك ووجد خلل .
انصح بعدم التعامل معهم او على الاقل عند الخلل وعدم الاستجابة رفع شكوى مباشرة ..
لا يستحقون حتى نجمة واحدة كثيرة فيهم
I installed four surveillance cameras for my house and after a while one of them broke down and I called them and asked them to attend and they did not attend and I went to them in their location after exit 28 in Riyadh and met a Sudanese employee who asked me if they are still in warranty I said yes he tarried and the technician said in the eastern region!!!! The truth is, I made a mistake, or I should complain to the Ministry of Commerce.. Yesterday I called them and an employee responded, I expect that he is Sudanese from his accent, and I told him I have a broken camera and the mobile no longer shows the pictures or the video. He replied and said that the technician pays 200 riyals!!! Of course, after learning that the warranty has expired!!!
You treat them C after installation, and they do not respond after the end of the warranty. He asks for 200 riyals, and possibly more, if he comes to you and finds a defect.
I advise not to deal with them, or at least when there is a glitch and a lack of response, file a complaint directly.
They don't even deserve one star
