★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم رائع. ومريح. والعامله ممتازه. والمستقبل القريب بقدم واخذ من عندهم لسرعه الاستجابه. ومايتاخرو على موعدهم قالو شهرين واقل من شهرين جابوها لي.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف لايوجد مصداقية من بدايتها طلبوا مبلغ مقدم ٥٠٠٠ ريال وبدون اعطائي سند قبض يثبت استلامهم المبلغ فهل يعقل ان تدفع مبلغ بدون اثبات الله يفك المسلمين من شركم .
وكان رد الموظف الناس تدين الناس وتسلف بدون اثبات وش المشكله ، ههههههههه المشكلة واضحة واللي اوله كذا ينعاف تاليه .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استقدمنا سائق من رمضان وجلسنا ننتظره اكثر من شهر ولما رحنا نستقبله بالمطار وانتظار ثلاث ساعات ومابقى احد الا وسألناه ان كان اهو السائق ننصدم ونكتشف انه ماركب الطيارة بالأساس ولا جا اعتذار من قبلهم ولا اعطونا خبر انو مانطق مشوار لين اخر الدنيا وكان وقتها الساعه ٦ الوصول يعني لخبطة نوم ومواصلين وجلسنا ننتظر بعد هالموقف اكثر من اسبوعين والمكتب ماعنده خبر اكيد على ايش بيصير على امل يحجز رحلة ثانية بأقرب فرصة مع ان جدول الرحلات كان مليان ومن بكرة كان موجود رحلة بالنهاية يقولون بنلغي التأشيرة واختاروا سائق آخر!!! وبنجلس ننتظر مره ثانية ???!!!! المفروض يكونون بنفسهم يوصلون السائقين للمطار ويذكرونهم بالمواعيد مو منطق اجلس كم شهر معلقه..
We brought a driver from Ramadan, and we sat waiting for him for more than a month. When we started to receive him at the airport, we waited for three hours, and there was no one left. We fell asleep and continued, and we sat and waited after this situation for more than two weeks, and the office did not have any definite news on what would happen, hoping to book a second flight as soon as possible, even though the flight schedule was full and from tomorrow there was a flight at the end, they say we cancel the visa and choose another driver!!! And we sit and wait again ???!!!! They themselves should be driving the drivers to the airport and reminding them of the appointments. It does not make sense to sit. How many months are pending.
