اشترط منظمو الورشة التسجيل الحضوري، والتزمت بالحضور أنا وآخرون غيري إلا أننا فوجئنا بالاستقبال يبلغنا باكتمال العدد ورفض دخول أي فرد إضافي!
لماذا تم إلزامنا بقطع مسافة طويلة والتسجيل حضوريا إن كانت هناك نية لرفض الدخول؟
إما أن يكون التسجيل إلكتروني ويُغلق مع اكتمال العدد المطلوب، أو أن يتم تهيئة المكان لاستقبال من احترموا شروط الورشة والتزموا وبذلوا جهدًا ووقتًا ومالًا لحضورها.
أقدِّر بشدة حرص المدربة على جودة مخرجات الورشة وهو ما دفعها لتحديد العدد، لكن آلية التسجيل كانت تفتقر للمهنية واحترام من التزموا بشكل مؤسف ولا يليق بالمعهد.
Unfortunately, my experience of attending one of the workshops on June 1, 2022 is not satisfactory at all.
The organizers of the workshop required attendance, and I and others committed to attend, but we were surprised by the reception informing us of the full number and refusing to enter any additional person!
Why were we obligated to travel a long distance and register in presence if there was an intention to refuse entry?
Either the registration is electronic and closed with the completion of the required number, or the place is prepared to receive those who respected the conditions of the workshop and committed themselves and made effort, time and money to attend it.
I highly appreciate the trainer's keenness on the quality of the workshop outputs, which prompted her to determine the number, but the registration mechanism lacked professionalism and respect for those who committed, unfortunate and unworthy of the institute.
