★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all i would like to thank NAIF the receptionist for making my stays always pleasant and top of all my concerns and requests this was my third time staying in this hotel in a two month although the hotel is going under a major re branding so you’d expect some bumps but the staff are always attentive and willing to help the attitude and enthusiasm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is super awesome. Visited with family during Ramadan for Iftar and trust that it was really lavish and full with varieties. Excellent service, calming ambience and good food. Recomended keep in mind its not cheaper. Ramadan 2022 the rate for Iftar buffet was SR. 375 per person including taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good but poor maintenance. Once you use the stand shower, the water all over bathroom, out to enterance and towards the bedroom. You have to walk bare foot in water all day unless you call room service after each shower. 2nd visit in past few months and the hotel is still under renovation with the meeting hall used as the buffet. Terrace was closed. Staff never answer the front desk calls.
For SAR +2k per night, definitely doesn't worth even half that price.

It's one of the best hotels in Riyadh. Quality services with professional staff.
Rooms always ready before checking in, breakfast always on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly but many are poorly trained at how to give actual good service. Rooms are not always cleaned every day, even if you call to specifically ask for it to be cleaned, they don’t always come. It’s the little details that they miss. If this was in Europe it would be a 3 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had pleasant stays at this property, thanks to Abdullah Alhamawi for the room upgrade and special preparations made ahead of our arrival as we were celebrating an occasion.
However, the local guy at the cafe shop may need more training. He need to be welcoming, smile at guests or at least response when guests are talking to him.
The other issue was that the refund of the remaining amount after checking out, they have not issue that regardless of the number of calls and emails. It was released by the bank after 40 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ran in to some issues booking in and my breakfast being forgotten off by acceident. However after this was cleared up all was good. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in the process of a renevation. If you can look past that staff overall was friendly and they also tried to do their best with the renovations that was happening. I would return forsure.

The room was kinda nice. However everything else from the service was extremely disappointing! I asked for a room make over and no one cleaned up. I asked for a room change and no one replied. I also asked to get contact with the supervisor and again no one answered.! I had to wait and ask twice for everything I ordered!
