Not to mention the bad smell of the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star ⭐️ is more than they deserve. I’m so frustrated ? First of all, l’ve chosen this hotel because of the bath ?, but they give us one without and I asked to change it to another with a bath. The bath ? is leaking out!! I called Ext: 0 they said will sent one to help me to move to another room, I wear my shoes for more than one hour waiting for him to come, but no one comes after I called the reception three times I went down and I asked him why the delay!!! This is really not a way to treat your guests by giving them a ward then ignoring them!?? NOT AN APPROPRIATE AT ALL. They changed the room to another at the fifth floor, but the bathroom was with stinky smell!!! Hahaha the picture are not as the reality ? I’m writing now after moving to the new room. The only thing I liked is the view is good, but I’m feeling now everything not good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the forth time coming to Riyadh. Also, the forth time staying at HDB for many reasons. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Many thanks to Athar she is very kind and helpful and Riyadh guide also

No room service
Overpriced when it comes to the things they provide. Our reservation was for 2 people. We had a room with a king bed. Toiletry items are prepared for one person only.
Very basic rooms. No rugs, the electricity and outlets have a problem.
The curtains are not adjustable. With no blackouts
Breakfast was not included
I spent one night for a business trip and went okay. If you are looking for luxurious place, I would not recommend it.
