★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be more friendly customer service, can't enter the premises with out 3 shots of COVID vaccine.That's quite Rigid. All malls and shopping complex still allow people with 2 shots of vaccine. Turning people back is unfair, mind you it's your customer who might not come back again.

Also the customer service was very bad , they ask for money for everything, it is better to download the office and the antivirus by yourself.

Online purchasing option is available using their official website.
Sometimes, there exist parking issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought huawei laptop, after 10 days the battery is severely draining...I went back to the store and raised the complaint and gave my laptop for repair..after 10 days I received my laptop and the service provider report says they changed the battery and display too...but as a average person I didn't know anything that my display had problems..
.I asked them this is a fresh piece and hardly one month old...how can be there two defects in one new laptop...I conveyed my disappointment but they told they can't do anything..I requested for a new piece but they told they can't do anything about the issue and they were not at all interested to help....
So I decided to recheck the replaced battery drain and wait for 10 minutes by turning on my laptop...by 10 minutes 10% charge is drained...its showing 3 hours left when battery is 86% and 6hours left when battery is 81%...I'm not understanding this utter nonsense ....
Why I want to buy a laptop with two defects cost 3000 SAR....and after sending to repair also my battery is still draining...
Very disappointed..the news that they have very old stock is very true...never going to choose JARIR next time in the future.....
I used to believe JARIR is on the customer side...but No...I was wrong....they Don't care about anything after selling...and they tell its not their problem....
