★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ شركة تعاملت معها اشتريت مكيف جنرال وخرب بعد اقل من ١٠ ساعات تشغيل ورفض مندوبهم اصلاحه علما ان تحت الضمان.
لا انصح بالتعامل معمهم اطلاقا الخيارات كثيرة والحمد لله
The worst company I dealt with I bought a general air conditioner and it destroyed after less than 10 operating hours and their representative refused to repair it, knowing that it is under warranty.
I do not recommend dealing with them at all, the options are many, thank God

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الافضل الشراء من اكسترا او شركه غيرها ،، خدمه مابعد البيع سيئه جدا اشتريت منهم ثلاجه كبيره لبيت العائله وتعطلت بعد ١٠ اشهر طلبت الصيانه وتمرمطت اكثر من اسبوع وللان انتظر ،،، اذكر شريت شاشه من اكسترا بيومين جاني الفني وبدلها وهي شاشه مو ضروريه مثل الثلاجه
It is better to buy from Extra or another company, the after-sales service is very bad. I bought a large refrigerator from them for the family home and it broke down after 10 months. I asked for maintenance and it was damaged for more than a week, and now I wait,,, I bought a screen from Extra for two days, the technician came and replaced it, and it is a screen that is not necessary like the refrigerator
