He took his time to understand what I want and and suggested a budget friendly gaming laptop instead of pitching an expensive sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my all time favourite bookstore ever since I was little. The staff was friendly and well organised and you have a wide variety of things. If you are into art you will find all you need. It's a tad bit expensive but it's still worth it ?

The irritating factor is... In some sections the customer support staff keeps following you... (I can understand the good intention) Sometimes it feels uncomfortable, even if you ask for something they can't get you the right stuff.... Which is more frustrating
When you ask about certain products, instead of expecting their support its better you search for it
Because the stock items they might say no or check online... which they already will be having on their display shelves
Stationary items are not managed well.. I don't know why they have 2 different areas... If you want good pens or allied stationary items better go to ground floor office supplies area and look for it.... The stationary they have in first floor might be helpful for primary kids only
Lot of self exploration is needed to do shopping inside this huge shop

The prices are little bit above the average but the quality is much better than other available shops.
Available electronics, stationaries and books.
Staffs were very cooperative and they tried to decide which model we actually needed.
All retail branches have plenty of car parking. Underground parking also available.
