★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is good for electronics gazettes. Mostly I prefer jarir bookstore for genuine electronics product.
Price is little bit tricky but this sure we will get genuine product.
All staff is really helpful and supportive.
My overall experience is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to start by saying I love Jarir but this location i give 1 star. My kids and I went to this location on September 18, 2020 and we found the upstairs area, where the kid section is, smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. And I don't mean someone smoked 1 time by accident, no the smell was so strong that I was getting dizzy from it. I went downstairs to speak with the store manager and I was told that the employees are allow to smoke in the break room and sometimes the smell gets carried to the showroom floor becauseof the AC! When I told him that it is against government policy for anyone to smoke within 300 meters of a business property he just said they allow smoking in the breakroom. He didn't apologize or anything. When I pointed out the smell was so strong that it made me dizzy and why they think it's acceptable to allow kids to smell that he just blamed it on the AC carrying the smell into the show room, and the employees are only allowed to smoke in the break room.
I called corporate and placed a complaint (20069518) and I sincerely hope that this issue gets investigated and solved immediately. For a well known business like Jarir to allow for smoking within the building by employees is ridiculous. How many customers are being lost because families don't want to bring their kids here? Second hand smoke is just as deadly as smoking a cigarette and for Jarir to tolerate such a nasty smelly habit inside their store is repulsive. Does Jarir not care about the health of their customers?
American counterparts like Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million would NEVER allow smoking within the premises. I think Jarir needs to invest all the store mangers because it seems as though the people that are supposed to uphold Jarir values are allowing the employees to trash the Jarir name and reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since covid hits masks were provided everywhere. I ask for one at the door as mine was cut off and the guy at the door vigorously told me they don’t have and showed me the door! What a professional customer service jarir! Never coming back to this location ever.
