I had to message the driver to ask what was going on, to be told there was an issue with the Jahez ID numbers. It’s an hour and 20 mins now since I placed the order and still no idea what’s happening. There’s no way of communicating with Jahez and no way to cancel the order! I’ll go back to Hungerstation from now on.

Second time that an order is not delivered due to a lazy driver and there’s absolutely no way to get a correction or reimbursement. Jahez phone line exists only on paper, it doesn’t operate in reality. Deleting the app and going back to Hunger Station. Zero trust on Jahez as a company. It’s all hype.

J	Jean Pierre Kfoury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever Jahez gives you that they can’t accept an order due to heavy load, just switch to HungerStation. I have zero clue how a shop on both apps is overloaded on one (Jahez) while accepting and delivering orders perfectly on the other (HungerStation). I used to think it was a one time issue, but apparently it was way more common than I thought.
h	hussein khaled on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORSTTTTTT!!!!! yesterday we ordered from jahiz, then we received another cheaper order. the surprise that the receipt was form Hungerstation(another delivery company) ?? then we called the support, after 30 minutes on hold they replied telling us that the amount of order will be back in minutes, then the amount ius back in wallet after severa; hpours. and today the new disaster, we ordered and chose another location than the current. we get surprised that the order is delivered to the current location not the one chosen on the application. when we asked the courrioer he told us that whatever you chosen alcoation, the order must go the current lpocation.?????? the third disaster, we decided to take the account and open it from the desired locazation, the surprise that it asks me to put password ?????, however there's no pasword, it should se3nd OTP so we decided to forget the password, and after we changed it, we tried toi open the accoutn weith the new pasword, it can't This is the worst things ever happend to me in Saudi Arabia, please get yourself another job, as this is not the way you should deal wioth ur customer!!!!!!!!!!!!! in case anyone wants to contact me (i dont think that this will happen), thjis is my number(551972390) Lets see how will you handle your mistakes.

After waiting on the call, the representative said are you calling me to complain about a restaurant? Yes, of course when you hike your prices on delivery apps, and treat regular customers this way after years of loyalty, of course I’m gonna complain to you because I paid the extra money for the extra items in my delivery. After 4 years or more of being with Jahez, I think I’ll terminate my account with them.
