Bad schedule for appointments for installation and maintenance (only morning of working days. I have to leave early from work to have the technician visits). Very bad product mix (ended up using 3 apps for the smart house). Weak knowledge of products (some were promised to be controlled from outside the house but ended up to be only controlled from within the house).
