- Biggest problem: restrooms are in deplorable condition; very dirty and almost unusable (must take action very soon)
- Nice collection of swings and play grounds
- Has a a wide walking/jogging lane
- Nice, cozy, family setting
- Location is very strategic, right nearby Ring Road and Double Tree Hotel (Hilton)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this little park. Home to many cats that are friendly and beautiful. Love to walk there even at night. Small but a little oasis in all this sand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet park near by Main eastern ring road, has clean washrooms and swings for kids. You can do bar bq here as well, good for late night or early morning walk. Usually not crowded.
