She did her best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. A wonderful receptionist and I will definitely come back due to her friendliness and professionalism. It is even much smaller than the original one in the main hall. No decorations at all, no service plates were left at our table till we finished. Put in consideration that the prices are the same for both areas not fair at all. Not to recommend it or to visit it again.

The food was good and the service of the staff was excellent, especially the waiter named Joel. You can see his delightful face that eager to help and serve . We recommend this hotel even for just for a short stay..

All the staff are friendly with lovely smiles from the hotel entrance to the restaurant. Highly recommended to visit the hotel whether you eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and stay ???.

The staff were great, very polite and professional. Especially Suresh and Joel. Before I would have even sat down my well made coffee and orange juice would be ready to consume. Service was excellent. The food was always tasty and well presented so big thanks to the great chefs. My room was always well cleaned and presented also. Would happily stay here again.
