2. No small sized rooms. Only 4, 5pax rooms
3. One bed was broken in our room.
The only good thing is that there are plenty of options for having food infront of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, old broken furniture especially the beds that are made of iron and not stable. Tiny shower box not suitable for kids to use, adults can not fit in. Very tiny TV and the remote control is not working. No wifi in rooms, you need to go down to share the customer service wifi which is extremely slow. No room cleaning, no soap and shampoo daily supply. The only good thing to be honest is the customer service staff who are helpful. It's location is far from Haram but many good restaurants around.
