★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان سيئ الى ابعد درجة مكان غير نظيف ولايوجد مناديل ولا صابون والرائحة جداً سيئه والحي من اسوء الاحياء في مكة لا انصحكم في السكن فيه
 The place is very bad. It is not clean. There are no tissues or soap. The smell is very bad. The neighborhood is one of the worst neighborhoods in Makkah. I do not advise you to live in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق حتى م يستاهل اسميه فندق لانه سيء جداً لانظافه ولاترتيب ولا رائحه كويسه ولاخدمات ولا نت ايضاً ومكانه سيء الحي اسواء حي ف مكه المكرمه وحتى اسم اجمل م يستاهل اسم اجمل لانه اسواء شقق شفتها اتمنى اغلاقها ب اسرع وقت
The hotel is even not worthy of being called a hotel because it is very bad for its cleanliness, arrangement, smell, services, and internet as well. Its location is bad. The neighborhood is the worst neighborhood in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان سئ جداً وغير نظيف ابداً والغرف ضيقة ومعفنه ، صراحة ندمت اني استأجرت هنا ، صايون ومناديل مافيه ! ويوم قلت له راح يشتريها من البقالة اللي قدامنا ، يعني متعودين م يحطون صابون ومناديل ، المكان سئ سئ سئ ومواقف م فيه كثير ، عطيتهم نجمة وكثيرة بعد عليهم بس عشان اكتب تعليقي
The place is very bad and not clean at all and the rooms are narrow and moldy. I honestly regretted that I rented here, a toilet and wipes are not! And the day I told him he would buy it from the groceries in front of us, I mean, they used to not put soap and napkins, the place is bad, bad, and there are many situations in it. I gave them a star and many more on them, but to write my comment

The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Five stars are few. If there are seven stars, I would give it to the service and proximity to everything
