Good service for Honda spareparts and workshops I recommend to all Honda's customer to visit this place for better services of Honda company. I have a Honda Jeep and I have visited this place many times, every time I go here I got a better service of staff of Honda office. I love it Thanks to Honda company

Service is very slow, if you have an appointment you'll wait for more than half an hour, if you don't you might wait for up to an hour or more. People are friendly, as long as you know them and you've been there before. Better come very early in the morning as the wait is less. Saturdays are only for quick service, oil change.

Very very bad service. I got an appointment for 9.30 and reached there on time, but still had to wait more than 2 hours to give my car for maintenance (Oil Change Only) …. and then they told me that my car will b ready by 4PM... while its only a 2 hour job.

Bad service, never coming back here again. Took an appointment for 8 AM on Saturday and got here extra early at 7:30 AM for regular maintenance. There was only one person serving and it took him almost an hour past my appointment time to take my car and said the expected time to pick it up would be 3 PM, that's more than 6 hours of waiting for periodic maintenance which usually does not take more than 3 hours. I asked if it can be any sooner and the person was nice enough to say that it should be ready at about 1 PM, sometime after Duhr prayer. My mistake was that I believed him and I'm still waiting here way past 2:30 PM. When asked I was told to wait for another 30 minutes but there was no sign of any progress and its past 3 PM now and I'm still waiting. 3 to 4 hours of waiting is understandable but anything more than that is way too much. If I was told this is how long it takes I would have made arrangements or booked another time. I'd understand if I did not have an appointment and was just a walk in customer but I do not expect to wait this long after having an appointment. The least I deserve is an explanation. I've had far better experience on Madina branch every time I've got my servicing done and I think I'll stick to that branch from now on. Especially for their customer care and fast service.

My visit to honda center was to perform a recall service on my car that was announced recently, and in addition they have offered a free oil and filter change and a 30% discount on all parts and 20% discount on labor. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, then the assigned technician helped me with all of the paper work and offered some good deals. The service was really fast and finished in the same day. My summary is that it was an amazing experience with a very helpful and welcoming staff. I would totally recommend this branch.

While they have great staff in maintaining, I tried many times to reach the customer service by calling the center but always there is no answer. I don't know if they move to somewhere else.
