Took an appointment for 8 AM on Saturday and got here extra early at 7:30 AM for regular maintenance. There was only one person serving and it took him almost an hour past my appointment time to take my car and said the expected time to pick it up would be 3 PM, that's more than 6 hours of waiting for periodic maintenance which usually does not take more than 3 hours. I asked if it can be any sooner and the person was nice enough to say that it should be ready at about 1 PM, sometime after Duhr prayer. My mistake was that I believed him and I'm still waiting here way past 2:30 PM. When asked I was told to wait for another 30 minutes but there was no sign of any progress and its past 3 PM now and I'm still waiting. 3 to 4 hours of waiting is understandable but anything more than that is way too much. If I was told this is how long it takes I would have made arrangements or booked another time. I'd understand if I did not have an appointment and was just a walk in customer but I do not expect to wait this long after having an appointment. The least I deserve is an explanation.
I've had far better experience on Madina branch every time I've got my servicing done and I think I'll stick to that branch from now on. Especially for their customer care and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honda cars are excellent. The K10 service center is decently & Clean. The reception Hassan Malki is accommodating & with a friendly face.? Excellent work, Hassan.?
Here are some of the points to consider for improvement.
1. Unfortunately very high prices for services & spare parts compared to the other agencies such as Toyota. This is not an impression. It's a fact. ?
2. They don't serve any coffee to customers waiting for their cars.?
3. Some service engineers treat the customers arrogantly—the need to take courses in treating customers. The customer pays their salary.?
4. Service takes a long time to finish.
5. They have a scheme if you do four successive oil changes you get some discounts—this is great. However, I had done all my services in Honda but couldn't get the discount for no logical reason. They said you missed 100 k service—no sense. The system needs to be revised. Their engineer Tadros explained it to me, but it's not fair?
6. They have a customers complaint box..but from my experience, I have written many complaints, but it's like a black hole: no proper feedback & no improvements. The QA system needs to be renovated. It's just an eyewash. ?
These are just a few points, and I hope they will take it positively & genuinely for improvement. Kaizen HONDA is missing in Abdullah Hashim's company.
I'm a Honda lover & will continue to be a loyal customer. But I'm afraid if they don't continually improve, Kaizen they will lose customer trust & ultimately market share.
