They need to work professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mirror online and arrived broken. We ring customer service, they are slow and not helpful. They also send wrong dinner set with different design. They refund dinner set but not for mirror. Now I am chasing them again. Nearly one month of pain.

Found the perfect items and such lovely service and attention. Not stuffy or overbearing and listen to what you want, the store has big range of collection which give feels if everything under one roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience for customers. Many people sitting inside while workers are taking photos. I waited for 20 minutes and there’s no response at all. When i asked for a thing the stuff said the worker of that section doing cashier now ? and we have a shortage of workers.

Rather than selling sofa sets, selling one seater, two seater and three seater separately,
Even a pillow which is almost flat and have hardly anything inside is sold in 29, whereas a good quality pillow can be found easily from other places in 10-15 SAR
