★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا أنصح جدا بزيارة الفرع ، اذا أردت زيارة الفرع فعليك التأكد من سلامة المنتج والمقاس المناسب لك وإلا لن يتم استرجاع المنتج إلا بوجود مدير الفرع الذي لم يتواجد أبدا خلال زياراتي المتكررة (٤ مرات ). لقد اشتريت حذاء واكتشفت ان به عيب مصنعي وبعد ٦ أيام زرت الفرع ولم يتم استرجاع المنتج والسبب أن المسترجع لا يتم إلا بوجود المدير وانتظرته قرابة النصف ساعة ولم يحضر رغم إخبار الموظفين لي انه قريب وسوف يأتي ولكن لم يحضر. وزرت الفرع بعدها ٣ مرات مرتان في الصباح ومرتان في المساء ولم يكن متواجد أيضا . حتى انني تركت المنتج لديهم وتم كتابة رقمي ولكن لم يتواصل معي أحد. فنصيحتي لكم عدم زيارة الفرع. واللن مر قرابة الشهر والنصف لشرائي للمنتج ودون جدوى.
لا يعقل انه ليس هناك من لديه الصلاحية غير المدير للموافقة على استبدال المنتجات وبدون أن يعطي الصلاحية لأحد الموظفين.
I do not highly recommend visiting the branch, if you want to visit the branch, you must ensure the safety of the product and the appropriate size for you, otherwise the product will not be returned except in the presence of the branch manager who was never present during my repeated visits (4 times). I bought a shoe and discovered that it had a manufacturing defect, and after 6 days I visited the branch and the product was not returned, and the reason is that the return is only done in the presence of the manager and I waited for him for about half an hour and he did not come despite the staff telling me that he is close and will come, but he did not attend. Then I visited the branch 3 times, twice in the morning and twice in the evening, and he was not there either. I even left the product with them and my number was written, but no one contacted me. I advise you not to visit the branch. And it has been about a month and a half since I bought the product to no avail.
It is inconceivable that no one has the authority other than the manager to agree to replace the products without giving the authority to one of the employees.

There are offers on shoes range and it’s amazingly affordable.
