Close to housing - the sound of their concerts is annoying to the neighborhood near them - the price is high compared to others

ينقصه تواجد مسطح اخضر بجانب المسبح حتى يساعد في التخفيف من حرارة الجو
One of the villas was reserved, but there was a problem with the electricity
And I thank them for their prompt response and repair of the problem
I thank the reception staff for the warm welcome
For the resort
Cleanliness is excellent
And the services are excellent
The location is excellent, close to restaurants and groceries
Disadvantage
It lacks the presence of a green flat next to the pool to help reduce the heat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير نظيف وموظف الاستقبال غير متعاون.. تم تأخيري في الدخول للساعه 5 رغم وصولي من الساعه 3 وادخالي للشاليه وهو وصخ والعمال باقي ينظفون!! وتم احتساب وقت التنظيف من وقتي ورفض العامل يعوضني بالوقت الضايع ..ايضا المويه كل شوي تنقطع وتحتاج تكلمهم عشان ترجع ..العامل طلب مني اخراج سيارتي الثانيه من المواقف الداخليه وايقافها بالخارج رغم ان المواقف كانت فاضيه..الاثاث متهالك وغير نظيف وفيه بقع
It is not clean and the receptionist is unhelpful.. I was delayed in entering until 5 pm even though I arrived at 3 pm and entered the chalet and it was dirty and the rest of the workers were cleaning!! The cleaning time was calculated from my time and the worker refused to compensate me for the lost time..Also, the water cuts off every bit and you need to talk to them to get back..The worker asked me to take my second car out of the indoor parking lot and park it outside, even though the parking lots were empty..The furniture was dilapidated, not clean and had stains.
