★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars are not available. No booking service. No waiting list. You have to call back and keep your fingers crossed every time. I did not expect that a place with high standards such as KAUST accept substandard service.

You are unable to rent a car until the day before. How can you plan anything that requires a car with service like this. They need to ensure their customers return the cars at set times so that they know how many cars they have when and where.
Use Shift if you're in KAUST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No booking system what so ever unreliable if you need a car. Tried to get a car days in advance but they ask to call on the same day. When I convinced them to call me on availability, They haven't for a week. They say they haven't had a car back. If I was in charge of the contract I would revoke it. This is not service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are a bit high, for regular compact SUV the price is 204 SAR per day and for Ford Taurus it is 275 SAR per day. Their cars are clean and in a very good condition. The good thing about their service is they charge you for each hour late instead of letting you pay for an extra day, so if you are 2 hours late you pay around 16 SAR for the compact SUV. The bad thing is their high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, they have good service but they DON’T have any customer service manners or attitude, NOT even the basics of it.
They need to review lots of things if they are willing to be successful.
Based on my long term experience with them, I would NOT use their services again, ever!
