★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف رفض تأجيرنا سيارة بحجة ان الاقامة بقي فيها شهر واحد على الانتهاء مع اننا اردنا استئجارها لخمس ايام فقط. ما هذا القانون الغريب الذي تم اصداره من جانب الموظف؟ واضح عم يصرفنا. المهم استأجرنا من جيرانهم وما سألو عن الانتهاء مع ان لدينا عضوية في الفارس لكن واضح لا يهمهم خدمة العميل
 The employee refused to rent us a car under the pretext that the residence had one month left to expire even though we wanted to rent it for only five days. What is this strange law that was issued by the employee? Clear what distracts us. The important thing is that we rented from their neighbors and they did not ask about the end, even though we have membership in Al Faris, but it is clear that they do not care about customer service

I did not deal with them, but the employee I met when I was searching is cooperative and his treatment is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء محل تأجير استاجرت سيارة عشان اسافر فيها ويوم صرت في نص الطريق طاحت الاقمشه وصرت بدون فرامل وطار الصدام واللوحة الخلفيه مع العلم اني ماشي ع الخفيف وحملوني قيمة الاشياء ذي كلها دبل سعرها حتى اللوحة لحالها حملوني ٥٠٠ ريال لحالها ف انصح بعدم الاستجار منهم والله على م اقول شهيد
The worst rental store I rented a car to travel in, and one day I was in the middle of the road, the fabric fell off and I was without brakes and the bumper and the back panel flew, knowing that I was walking on the light and they carried me the value of all things that doubled in price until the plate was alone. They carried me 500 riyals alone, so I advise not to rent from them, and I swear to God I say martyr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أجمل مكان لتأجير السيارات ويعمل تخفيضات لعملاءه انا شخصيا تعاملت معهم أكثر من مرة وفي أكثر من مدينة وكان تعامل جيد جدا سواء في تسليم أو استلام العربة أو حتى في الأسعار وعنده تشكيله مناسبة وجيدة جدا انصح بالتعامل معه هذا بالإضافة إلى أنه يقع في مجمع لتأجير السيارات يعني يمكنك عمل لفة على بقية المحلات ومقارنة الأسعار

I personally dealt with them more than once and in more than one city, and it was a very good deal, whether in the delivery or receipt of the vehicle or even in prices and it has a suitable and very good configuration. You can make a roll on the rest of the stores and compare the prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقسم بالله انهم اسوء شركة تعاملت معاها احذروا منهم ومن التعامل معاهم استاجرت منهم سياره وانفقع الكفر علي اخر الليل وتواصلت معاهم قالوا مافي احد بيساعدك دبري حالك ورحت وغيرت لهم كفر جديد وجبت لهم الفاتوره وحملوني الف ريال تلفيات فوق الايجار اللي دفعته لهم مع اني دافعه تأمين ومغيره الكفر والى اليوم يطالبوني فيها وان شاء الله قريب راح تتحول للمحكمه ويبان كل شي والله ع مااقول شهيد للاسف اني ماكنت اصدق التقييمات السلبيه الين جربت بنفسي اتمنى ماحد ينحط بمكاني

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional rent a car place near Andalus park. Advantage with Alfaris cars are you can return it back in abha airport.
Please ensure any damages or dents or scratches noticed in car before you rent it out are clearly marked and endorsed. Please check stepney tire including if its puncture or not before renting the car.
When returning it in airport be very careful... the indian guys checking the car there will try to cheat you by saying there are damages here and there and try to get money. Be firm and ask them to check the endorsement note of car status you received when you rented the car.
Once they know you are regularly renting car they will back down and behave.
Other than that very professional and we will get very good rate and discounts in this place.
The car I took too was good to go for the entire trip I was in Abha ( four days).
