المهم هو اسلوب الموظفه و الفرع ذا فيه موظفه اسلوبها غير لبق وسيئ اول شي دخلت المحل رحت قسم الملابس الرجاليه جلست عشر دقايق ومالقيت احد يساعدني وقررت اخذ القطعه واروح اسال عن مقاسها وقالت لي الموظفه انها بتروح تدور بالمستودع ومع الاسف قامت تكلم واحد وبدون ماتعطيني خبر انها بس بتكلمه وبعدها بتروح تدور القطعه وبعد ماخلصت معه كلام راحت تدور وجلست استناها وأخيرًا جت قمت اسال اذا فيه منه الوان وكذا قالت لا مافي الا هو بعدها قالت لي في غرفة قياس وانا رحت ولقيت غرفة القياس الباب حقه خربان مايتقفل قلت للموظفه الباب خربان مايتقفل قالت لي رح ماحولك احد يعني بالله عليكم هاذا رد هاذا اسلوب المهم ماناقشتها لاني مالي خلق مشاكل سالتها كم سؤال وتركت التيشيرت ومشيت انا استغرب كيف محل زي ذا يوظف ناس مايعرفون يتعاملون مع العميل ولا يعرفون يحترمونه ولا يعرفون يتكلمون انجليزي مع الاجانب الموظفه مخليه خويتها تترجم لها يوم كانت تكلم واحد اجنبي
الموظفه المفروض اقلها تعتذر عن التاخير تعتذر عن المشكله الي انا واجهتها في غرفة القياس وتعتذر عن انها تجاهلتني يوم تكلم واحد بدون ماتعطيني خبر
ولاكن مع الاسف لم تعتذر عن اي شي
والمفروض المحل يوظف ناس يكون عندهم اسلوب في التعامل ويتم تدريبهم على احترام العميل والمفروض ان المحل يكسب زباين ولاكن اذا هاذولا موظفينهم راح يخسرون زباين

The first thing I entered the shop is, I went to the men’s clothing department, I sat for ten minutes, and I found no one to help me. I decided to take the piece and go ask about its size. But she spoke to him and then went to turn the piece, and after I finished talking with him, she started to turn around and sat down and waited for it. Finally, I came to ask if it had colors, and so she said, “No, there is nothing but him.” Then she said to me in a fitting room, and I went and found the fitting room. I mean, for God’s sake, this is a response. This is a method. The important thing is that I don’t discuss it because I don’t create problems. I asked her how many questions and left the t-shirt and walked. I was surprised how a shop like this employs people who do not know how to deal with the customer and do not know how to respect him and do not know how to speak English with foreigners. The employee, the least supposed to, apologizes for the delay. She apologizes for the problem that I faced in the fitting room, and apologizes for ignoring me the day one spoke without giving me any news.
Unfortunately, you did not apologize for anything
The shop is supposed to hire people who have a style of dealing and are trained to respect the customer. The shop is supposed to gain two customers, but if their employees are disgraced, they will lose two customers.
