★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees there have horrible customer service skills. They don't greet you when you walk in nor do they ask if you need anything. They are literally getting paid for just chatting away with one another or texting on their phones. They completely ignore you. Also NONE of them speak English! When I asked about a certain product, the employee there gave me misleading info about it. The stock is extremely limited and it's a very crammed small space for a Sephora. Go to any other Sephora other than this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic at customer centric , Store Manager was more interested in getting her place cleaned ( yelling out and calling the house keeping guy)and counting cash rather than attending to customer standing in Queue ( that also when one of the counter was closed and one was only operational) visited multiple times in last 6 months but today I came to know I don’t have membership of Sephora , I don’t know what they did taking my money initially and every time I gave them my mobile number , I don’t know for whom I paid and all those points who is benefiting, when the next counter and the store manager started their counters they seems to be ignoring that I was the first to be attended but they they were asking customer behind me to come and complete their payment as if I was invisible or they were turning a blind eye, very pathetic experience and the manager and the team at Sephora Granada needs customer training ASAP, Sad to see Sephora has such unprofessional staff as their brand ambassador hired for their store
