★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and convenient rooms. Very helpful staff. The only downside is the little bit var distance to the prophet mosque (around 13 min walking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel that you would never want to stay in because they kick out people even after accepting payments from them. Me and my wife booked this hotel for our stay in Medina for a few nights. That was over 2 months before our travel dates. As the dates got closer we were excited. However, just 2 days before our travel they emailed us saying that our reservations have been cancelled and amounts have been refunded. I mean, who does that? Clearly, ignorant management, who has no understanding about customer care/ service. I'd recommend everyone, never ever to stay in this hotel.

The location is too far from Masjid Nabawi
The room was not good
Carpet was stained
Floor tile and mirror was broken
Even in the corridor the fall ceiling was broken (picture attached)
Staff are decent
The only good thing was there is hotel reserved car parking (not shaded)
There is also complimentary tea only
All in all not worth the money

Walk Wasn't bad at all to Haram, there was under ground walking trail which will take you Gate #25 entrance for ladies.
